No, it's a scam. Here's how you can tell - they're offering a 'GED alternative'. There is no alternative GED. Either you take the GED or you take high school classes. There is no alternative exam to the GED that's worth the same, and you cannot take a GED online. Also, they're offering life experience credit. Very, very few real schools do this in any way, and online schools like this don't bother to find out if what you claimed you have done is true. It's a diploma mill. Don't waste your time or money on it, because a college will just laugh at you with a 'degree' from this 'school'.
