Russia has quite a complex relationship with Israel. During the cold war as Israel was staunchly pro American and the west and so it was considered anti-Israel. However many of Israels inhabitants are Russian Jews and many of it founding fathers surprisingly socialist. Since the end of the Cold War zero-sum thinking which guided the Kremlin for many years has ceased. In fact, Putin's policy towards the region has been anything but ideological.Learning from U.S. policymakers who for many years developed relations with both Arab states and Israel and were thus at an advantage when it came to resolving disputes and capitalizing on economic opportunities. Simply put they just want to make money, Im pretty sure China's the same.How does the other more influential nations feel about the state of Israel?
Although the government of Russia is today concern about energy resources control, their ministry of international affairs, Alexandr Salt谩nov, have expressed that Israel and Palestine must to talk to resolve their conflicts.


The government of China disapproves Israeli military actions against their neighbors and support Palestinians.


Arab nations which have not close ties with the USA, have close ties with Russia and China.

I am impressed with the way Israel has taken a desert land and turned it into a verdant oasis in the Middle East. How many people are aware that Israelis invented and developed a drip irrigation system that they shared with the world, so that some of the world's other barren places could grow food crops more successfully?


No country is perfect, nor are its citizens... hence the need for police and such... but Israelis as a whole are tough and compassionate people.
