What was the original state (Nation) of Israeil?

Well before what had happened in Germany. Before the Holocaust. where did the Jewish people reside. No offense to my brothers. but I really don't understand whether they reside at Germany or some other part of the world. and whose land was Jerusalem before the U.N. decided to put the Jewish people in Jerusalem.


and I do mean no disrespect for my Jewish friends.What was the original state (Nation) of Israeil?
To be brief. Jewish people were forced out by other in the area and so they mostly when to Europe and other countries around the world.


The British came up with a plan to divide Palestine in two.


Half for Arabs and half for Jews after WW1.


The Arabs never really liked the plan...feeling that they had rightfully taken the land by warfare.


After WW2 in 1947 Jewish people put all their money into war and took over their half....and then decided to take even more after they declared independence in 1948.


So the land was Palestine owned by Arabs and Jews lived mostly in Europe.What was the original state (Nation) of Israeil?
there was always a significant jewish presence in jerusalem. before the jews settled what is now israel it was sparsely inhabited. the settler bought the uninhabited land and turned it into successful farmland. before the state of israel was formed it was under the british mandate and before that it was part of the ottoman empire. the reason a lot of jews lived outside of israel was because they romans took a lot of jews captive as slaves after their failed revolt in 70AD, and their descendants stayed in europe.
