More like the ';Pussycat Economy of Asia';. Before the Philippines can become anything near a stable economy, there has to be a major attitude and cultural change by the people. As long as the popular excuses of ';Bahala Na'; or ';Alam Mo Naman Tayo'; exists, sad to say that the Philippines will never be anything but remain a struggling third world country.
