In other worlds should the states have more power than they do and should the national government not be in such control?Should the political power of the nation rest with the state government or national government?
The entire reason we now have a US Constitution instead of The Articles of Confederation is that the National government had too little power to survive.Should the political power of the nation rest with the state government or national government?
States act as a check and balance against the Federal Government. Isn't that in the Constitution?
